As a part of the Chalet Village Owners Club, Dogwood Pointe' gives you access to three recreational facilities, which include tennis (by reservation) and swimming (outdoor pool). The North Clubhouse is just across the street from Dogwood Pointe.  The other two are just a short drive away.
